A two-night stay at Archival Inn is $1219 which includes tax. If you’d like to add another night to your stay it is $250 (plus tax) for each additional night. Typically, our guests stay with us Friday through Sunday or Thursday through Saturday, however, depending on availability and scheduling, a mid week stay may be possible as well.
We work with one person in your group (the organizer) to secure reservations, collect payments and communicate with to make your weekend a fun and memorable one. This person is responsible for the group as a whole in terms of our policies and procedures.
Effective November 1st, 2018: Should you need to cancel for any reason for the Fall months (September-November), you must notify us in writing (email is fine) 6 months in advance of the first day of your stay, to receive your deposit back. Those who cancel for Fall with less than 6 months notice, will forfeit their entire deposit.
We are a non-smoking establishment. Pets are not allowed at Archival Inn.
Check In/Check Out
Check in time is 10 a.m. on the day of arrival. Check out time is 4 p.m. on the day of departure (a later check out time may be possible).
